ABOUT THE PRODUCTS
Your new mattress may have a slight smell right after you unwrap it. However, the smell should go away pretty quickly. Don't worry, the smell is not associated with any harmful chemicals or off-gassing since all of our foams are CertiPUR-US® certified, place the mattress in a well-ventilated room for the first few days.
While it may take up to 72 hours for your mattress to expand to its full height, it is safe to sleep on it the first night.
Our mattresses feature a skin-friendly top layer, the airy mesh on the side promotes heat dissipation and the independently wrapped coils enhance air flow, making it possible for you to maintain a comfortable sleep quality.
A mattress topper separates your new mattress from anything life may throw or spill its way. We recommend using one and washing it often to keep your mattress clean .

The mattress can be spot cleaned with mild detergent and a damp cloth. Do not remove the cover. Dab away excess moisture with a dry cloth and allow time to air dry at room temperature away from heat or light. We suggest a waterproof mattress protector to guard against stains from fluids and spills.
It is suggested that you open and expand the mattress in the room it will be located in. After removing your mattress from the packaging, place the mattress in a well-ventilated room and allow 72 hours for expansion.

We provide you with 100-day full refund policy. We strongly recommend that you give it a chance, if you still feel that it is not suitable for you, you can return the product for free within 100 days.
